Free Delivery

Spend more than £50.00 or purchase one of our Balloon in a box gifts and we will despatch your order via standard delivery for free. Details of the standard delivery service can be found below.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery option is normally despatched via The Royal Mail Recorded Signed-For delivery service. The service provides a tracking code in addition to the first class delivery service, the code enables information about the status of your package to be reviewed via the Royalmail.com website.

Your tracking code will be delivered via email after you have successfully made a purchase and the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

The recorded service requires a signature for delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery a calling card will be left by The Royal Mail for later collection via your local depot. Re-delivery can also be arranged online with the Royalmail.com website.

If ordered before 3PM we aim to despatch your order on the same day. Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery, a signature will be required. In the event that there are Royal Mail network problems we may despatch via an alternative carrier. We also offer a next-day service as outlined below.

Guaranteed Express Delivery

To ensure fast delivery we offer express delivery which is a next-day service.
The guaranteed delivery date available for your order is shown during the checkout process.
Selecting this option will normally mean that we despatch via a fast courier or via guaranteed Special Delivery from The Royal Mail. Express delivery packages are given despatch and delivery priority.

A delivery tracking code may be delivered to you via email shortly after the package has been despatched from our warehouse. This code can be used to track the status of your package if it was despatched through The Royal Mail network via their website at Royalmail.com.

The package will require a signature upon delivery and if no one is available to sign for the delivery a calling card will be left by the courier or The Royal Mail for later collection via your local depot. Re-delivery can also be arranged online with the Royalmail.com website.

In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive on time we will take further action with the courier or The Royal Mail. Please contact us for further guidance.

Do You Deliver To Hospitals?

Yes we can deliver to hospital addresses, please ensure that you provide details of the ward for the recipient in the shipping address.

International Delivery

We are based in the UK and can ship certain items to international addresses in special cases. Unfortunately this does not include our helium balloon products as they are perishable over long distances in transit. Please contact us for clarification, our free delivery offer does not apply to international addresses.

Refunds

Where Special Delivery or Courier delivery options were purchased, latestgifts.co.uk will offer a delivery cost refund upon confirmation of late delivery by tracking information from The Royal Mail or other courier services used. Please note that this does not extend to deliveries made where a recipient was not at the address to sign for the delivery.

Refunds are not available for late delivery via the non-guaranteed standard delivery options.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return or discuss your order please contact us in the first instance for further guidance. Order items for return must be returned in their original condition to our returns address to qualify for refund.

Refund situations will be considered on a case by case basis, please contact us for further instructions.

LatestGifts.co.uk will not be liable for costs beyond the original order transaction amount under any circumstances.

Return Information

We want our customers to be satisfied with our service and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on non perishable items which is valid for 14 days from the date of order delivery. When returning items please contact us noting the details of the item & issues encountered.

We cannot refund perishable products (such as helium balloons) in accordance with distance selling regulations & due to the nature of the product.
