Upgraded Delivery Information
For extra peace of mind we offer the ability to add a small amount to the final total to upgrade our standard delivery to special delivery which is guaranteed for a specfic date. Royal mail signed for arrives on time for the vast majority but is not guaranteed and for this reason we offer upgraded delivery for just £3.00 (£5.00 on Saturdays)The upgraded option is available at the checkout stage of your purchase.
Standard Delivery Information
Our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or by courier. Customers can stipulate their desired delivery date at the checkout stage of purchase.We will use the Royal Mail Recorded service for standard delivery items and will send you a tracking code that can be used to track the progress of your order. Standard delivery services are not guaranteed for the date specified, we do however send these in good time to reach their destination on time. If you wish to guarantee your order for a date please upgrade to our special delivery detailed above.
We take great care and pride in preparing our gifts for delivery.
Balloons will be delivered in a secure box that will allow the balloon to float upwards when opened. Other gifts will usually be packaged in brown paper with white string ties or in a themed manner to match the gift.
Do You Deliver To Hospitals?
Yes we can deliver to hospital addresses, please ensure that you provide details of the ward for the recipient in the shipping address.International Delivery
We are based in the UK and can ship certain items to international addresses in special cases. Unfortunately this does not include our helium balloon products as they are perishable over long distances in transit. Please contact us for clarification, our free delivery offer does not apply to international addresses.Return Information
We want our customers to be satisfied with our service and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on non perishable items which is valid for 14 days from the date of item delivery.
