How does the personal message service work?
We offer a free personal message service on all products purchased at latestgifts. The messages are printed on special cards and depending upon the product purchased will be attached to the balloon ribbons or conveniently placed within the parcel for the recipient.
Can you deliver internationally?
We are based in the UK and can ship certain items to international addresses in special cases. Unfortunately this does not include our helium balloon products as they are perishable over long distances in transit. Please contact us for clarification, our free delivery offer does not apply to international addresses.
Can you deliver to hospitals?
Yes we can deliver to wards in hospitals. Please ensure you provide ward details on the shipping address.
I have a coupon code, where do I enter it?
We use Google checkout to process all transactions currently. When you progress to the review order stage of the process (After adding card and delivery details)
there is a link entitled 'Enter coupon or gift card'. Click this and enter the code, your discount will then be applied to the total.

How is my order packaged?
We take great pride in packaging our gifts and wrap most orders in traditional brown paper with string where appropriate. Your order will be safely packaged in a box with padding to ensure safe delivery. Balloon packaging is handled slightly differently and can be found below.
What are the balloon in a box products?
The balloon in a box packages are designed to be a special gift that can be delivered to someone for a variety of different occasions.
The product is a special balloon box which when opened, reveals a helium balloon, this can rise up from the box and depending on the package
you purchase, can reveal other gifts on a bed of decorative tissue paper and confetti.
The products are popular as they are a real alternative to delivering flowers and similar gifts and can also be sent to both male and
female recipients.

Can I add a personal message to my Balloon?
Yes, in fact Latestgifts.co.uk allow you to add a personal message to any gift purchased and this is available at the checkout stage of your purchase.
How are the balloons packaged?
Balloons are delivered in a balloon sized box usually white with decorative candy stripes. The boxes are fastened at the top. All boxes contain tissue paper and themed confetti to bring a nice additional suprise to the recipient.

How is my order processed and how secure is it?
We process all of our orders through Google's own payment system Google Checkout.
Google Checkout is one of the largest and most reputable companies on the internet and has one of the best
security track records of all online companies handling payments and customer information.
For this reason we allow them to handle all aspects of the online payment process for us. To protect your data we also utilise a 128 bit secure connection when directing

How do I return a product to you?

Can I specify a specific time of day for delivery?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail who do not offer time of day deliveries. Special circumstances can be arranged on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss this further.
