Welcome Home Helium Balloon

This unique package contains a fully inflated helium balloon which is carefully packaged in a candy-striped box. The box also contains coloured tissue paper and metallic confetti!

Upon opening, the balloon rises to show long curled balloon ribbons with your personal message card attached, weighed down by a balloon weight.
